Delivery Condition
+A: After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
Other Delivery Conditions
+N: After the final cold drawing operation the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.
+C: No heat treatment after the final cold drawig process.
+LC: After the final heat treatment there is a suitable drawing pass.
+SR: After the final cold drawing process there is a stress relieve heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere.
Surface Treatment:
Oil-dip;
Varnish;
Shot Blasting.
Advantage
1. Smaller outer diameters;
2. High precision can be done in small batch production;
3. Cold drawing finished products with high precision and good surface quality.
4. The transverse area of the steel tube is more complicated;
5. Steel pipe performance is superior, metal is more dense.
